Dr. Hetz completed his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) at the University of Toronto. Following his residency in family medicine, he completed a fellowship in primary care skin conditions and office-based surgical procedures training with physicians in Canada and the United States. He holds a GP Focused Practice Designation in Dermatology from the Ontario Medical Association and Ministry of Health. Dr. Hetz was appointed to the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa, where he regularly lectures and teaches both medical students and residents. He is the recipient of numerous nationally recognized academic and leadership awards. In addition, Dr. Hetz is the author and co-author of numerous peer-reviewed papers, among them one on ACP for treatment of alopecia.

Dr. Lopez furthered his expertise with a master's in aesthetic medicine from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) in Spain in 2000/2001. As a dedicated educator, Dr. Lopez shares his knowledge and experience as a professor of aesthetic medicine at prestigious institutions such as the University of Alcalá, the University of the Balearic Islands, and Hospital Albert Einstein. He is also the Director and Professor of iFace (Intelligent Facial Anatomy and Cadaver Experience) at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon.
